In Dastra, and in line with UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements, each processing activity must be linked to a legal entity to ensure accountability.
Individuals whose personal data is processed have rights, including the right of access, rectification, and erasure. They must therefore be able to identify who to contact to exercise these rights. The legal entity serves as the designated point of contact.
