🔗 New Connector: Filerskeepers
Filerskeepers is the leading SaaS solution for managing a repository of retention periods applicable to your data. Dastra now allows you to automatically synchronize your retention policies with the datasets in your processing register. Select the retention policy of your jurisdiction and link it to your data: the retention periods in the active database will be updated automatically (every night at 00:00 UTC).

🤖 AI Analysis of Processes
A new AI analysis interface allows you to assess the quality and compliance of your records (AI systems, contracts, questionnaires, and data processes). Visualize the results intuitively with colored scores that quickly highlight areas of concern.
📋 Tasks Associated with Multiple Objects
Link your tasks to multiple objects simultaneously: processes, assets, contracts, or other elements. It is also possible to link tasks to a questionnaire response.
🔗 Assets Linked to Organizational Units
Many of you have requested this feature; it is now possible to link an asset to a specific organizational unit (by default, the asset will be global and available throughout the organization). Associate your assets with the relevant organizational units.
📝 Document Creation (Contracts and Policies) with AI
Generate your documents from a prompt and any additional files.
🎨 Improvements
- Linking tasks and questionnaires: when generating an action plan in a questionnaire, tasks are now also linked to the questionnaire.
- Asset and dataset generation with AI, now the AI will be capable of conducting internet searches, extracting relevant results to create a coherent asset sheet based on reality. Until now, it relied on the memory of the generative AI model.
- Bulk actions to change the step of a workflow across all data tables.
- UX redesign of the 'clients/RT' processing section in the processing register as a subcontractor: bulk selection, bulk assignment, more efficient searching... for maximum time savings in managing processes as a subcontractor.
- Addition of metrics related to the processing register at the top of the processing management table.
- Maintaining pagination when going back in a table page.
