Claims and litigation management

This involves processing operations that take place in the context of litigation relating to the insurance contract, and which enable the company to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights or the rights of the persons concerned, or to process claims in accordance with mediation procedures. The legal basis for data processing relating to litigation concerning the application of contracts is the performance of the insurance contract.
